“Terminal.exe isn’t commonly downloaded” — click the small ⋯ (or down-arrow) next to the file and choose Keep.

“Make sure you trust Terminal.exe before you open it.” Click the small down-arrow caret (˅) next to Delete and choose Keep anyway. Then either click Open file, or move Terminal.exe to your desktop or folder of choice.

“Windows protected your PC” — click More info, then Run anyway. Here you’ll see Published by Jonathan Weedon (Nashua, NH) — Lavender’s founder and the signer of Terminal. That’s your confirmation you have the genuine file.

Move Terminal.exe to your desktop or folder of choice, then double-click to launch.

The screenshots there are from our Gateway install, but the prompts you’ll see for Terminal look the same — just substitute Terminal.exe in place of Gateway.exe.

Double-click the file you downloaded to launch. The first launch can take a few minutes while it sets up, so give it a moment. If Windows or your browser shows a security prompt, see “Did Windows or your browser warn you?” above.

Sign in with your checkout email

Use the same email you entered at checkout to activate your seat.

Start with a book already loaded

Terminal opens pre-populated with a sample portfolio, so the Montage, the 3D volatility surface, and every risk and scenario view are live the moment you sign in.
