a. Information You Provide When you subscribe to a plan, create an account, contact us, participate in our Discord community, or sign up for product updates, we may collect:

This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies on our websites. c. Information We Do Not Collect Lavender Gateway and Lavender Terminal run locally on your machine. Lavender does not receive, collect, or process your market data vendor credentials, trading data, queries, or any data passed through your local Gateway instance. Your vendor credentials and trading activity remain on your local machine and are not transmitted to Lavender's servers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your inputs, queries, or usage data to train competing models or share your individual usage data with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.

3. Payment Processing

We use Stripe to handle payment transactions. Your payment information is encrypted and transmitted directly to Stripe; we do not store full credit-card details on our servers. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Lavender uses cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, analyze usage trends, and improve site functionality. We work with the following analytics and advertising partners.

Microsoft Clarity

We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how visitors use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session recordings. This helps us improve our products and services and understand how to make our site more useful for the developers, quants, and traders evaluating Lavender. Clarity captures interaction data such as clicks, scrolls, and page rendering, and uses cookies to recognize returning visitors. Google Ads and Google Analytics

Netlify Analytics

Our Gateway landing page is hosted on Netlify, which collects basic server-side analytics including page requests, bandwidth, and referrers as part of standard web hosting operations. You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Lavender respects browser-level Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals where supported. Disabling cookies may limit some website features.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above and to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

You are responsible for the security of your own local machine, network environment, and credentials configured for use with Lavender Gateway or Lavender Terminal. Lavender is not responsible for unauthorized access to your local installation resulting from inadequate security controls on your end.
