This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you visit our website, subscribe to our services, or otherwise interact with our products. This policy applies to lavender-ts.com, gateway.lavender-ts.com, docs.lavender-ts.com, and any other Lavender-operated web property, as well as our products including Lavender Gateway, Lavender Terminal, and Lavender Discord (collectively, the "Services").

c. Information the Products Send. Lavender Gateway and Lavender Terminal run locally on your machine and communicate with our servers over HTTPS in the course of operating. From those products we receive: the email address and subscription key associated with your account, for authentication and entitlement; the contract identifiers you request analytics for — underlying symbol, strike, and expiration date, and not the quantity or size of any position you hold; and usage data describing which features and commands are used and how often. From Lavender Discord we receive the commands you run and the contract identifiers in them.
We do not require, and these products are not designed to transmit, your broker credentials or your market data vendor credentials. The help documentation for each product describes what it sends in further detail.
This describes Lavender Terminal, Lavender Gateway, and Lavender Discord — the products available for purchase on this website. Lavender Desk and Lavender Enterprise are provided under a separate signed agreement and may handle data differently; where they do, the data terms of that agreement apply to them in place of this Section.

We use Stripe to handle payment transactions. Your payment information is encrypted and transmitted directly to Stripe; we do not store full credit-card details on our servers. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Lavender uses cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, analyze usage trends, and improve site functionality. We work with the following analytics and advertising partners.
Microsoft Clarity. We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how visitors use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session recordings. This helps us improve our products and services and understand how to make our site more useful for the developers, quants, and traders evaluating Lavender. Clarity captures interaction data such as clicks, scrolls, and page rendering, and uses cookies to recognize returning visitors. Google Ads and Google Analytics. We use Google Ads to deliver advertising and Google Analytics to measure website traffic and user behavior. Netlify. Our website is hosted on Netlify, which collects basic server-side analytics including page requests, bandwidth, and referrers as part of standard web hosting operations. Messages submitted through our contact form are processed and stored by Netlify Forms and delivered to us by email.
You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Lavender respects browser-level Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals where supported. Disabling cookies may limit some website features.

You are responsible for the security of your own local machine, network environment, and credentials configured for use with Lavender Gateway or Lavender Terminal. Lavender is not responsible for unauthorized access to your local installation resulting from inadequate security controls on your end.
